Fish Rolls step by step
- Mix the flour,salt,Maggi cube,baking powder and water to make a non sticky dough and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Wash the fish, boil it and add salt and onions.
- When the fish us cooked, remove the bones and gently mash it with spoon.
- Slightly Fry pepper, onions, garlic n ginger paste n add the mashed fish together..
- Cut the dough, using rolling pinto flat it add the fish fillings n roll it then close it with water n deep fry it on low heat..
