Fish stew instructions

- In a heavy rimmed pan heat oil and fry the onions to soften and not brown.
- Add chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, paprika and stir for 1-2 mins.
- Add chopped tomatoes and stir for 3-4 mins..
- Add coconut milk water and stir on high flame for a min and slow flame for 10 mins..
- Add shrimps and stir for 1-2 mins..
- Add lime juice slowly. Add chopped coriander leaves..
- Enjoy the stew hot with a bun..
