Fish Curry instructions
- To make green masala. Grind 4 chillies, 6 garlic and few coriander into a chopper.
- In a large pan, put 2 tbsp oil and then 1/2 tsp methi seeds in the pan.
- Let oil heat, then put 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes and mush tomatoes in the pan by stirring until it gets like puree.
- Put green masala into the pan and then sautee for 2 mins.
- Put 1/2 tsp chilli, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 3 tsp cumin powder and 1/2 tsp black pepper in the pan and stir.
- Crush 1 tsp Jeeru into a powder and gram flour paste (1bsp gram flour with bit of water) in the pan. cook for 2 mins.
- Put 2 tsp salt into pan and stir.
- Put 1/4 cup water into pan to make it slightly gravy..
- Put fish into pan and mix in the pan.
- Put 3/4 cup water or until good gravy in the pan. Cook fish until done.
- Chop coriander and sprinkle into curry.
