- Prepare beans by washing and cutting them into half..
- Chopped garlic..
- Coarsely chopped dry shrimp..
- Heat up wok with 2 Tbsp of oil. When the oil is hot add in garlic & dry shrimp. Fry until the dry shrimp turns golden. Add in beans and stir fry to mix well. Add soya sauce, ground pepper and chilli flakes (optional). Continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Serve with steam rice & enjoy :).
