- Prepare 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

- Prepare 2 of medium onions finely chopped.
- You need 2 of medium tomatoes finely chopped.
- You need 2 of slit Green chilli.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.
- It's 2 tbsp of freshly chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Squid/Calamari Masala step by step
- Add all the ingredients under marination section. Mix well. Leave it for 15-20mins.
- Heat a pan. Add oil and wait for it to get heated..
- Add ginger and garlic. Saute for a minute..
- Add curry leaves and green chilli. Fry for few seconds.
- Now add onions. Add some salt and fry till transparent.
- Add tomatoes and fry till mushy.
- Add the marinated squid to this mixture. Add red chilli powder. Mix well..
- Cook for 5-7mins. Don't over cook as it will turn rubbery..
- Once squid is cooked. Turn off the flame. Add pepper powder and lime juice. Mix well.
- Garnish it with Coriander leaves.
