- Clean and cut the squids into small pieces..
- Cook the squid with 1teaspoon of chili powder,turmeric powder salt and coconut pieces.Prefer open cook with high flame.No need of adding water..
- Heat oil(1/4 cup) in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.Add onion,ginger,garlic,green chillies and curry leaves.Saute it until it becomes light brown color..
- Once it is done add chilli powder and meat masala.Fry it for a minute and add the cooked squid.Fry it for some time.Finally add garam masala and pepper powder and curry leaves and switch of the flame..
