- Prepare of Dough.
- It's of Flour 3 milk tin.
- Prepare 1/3 tea spoon of Yeast.
- You need 1/8 tea spoon of Baking powder.

Fish Roll instructions
- Pour the yeast and sugar in a bowl and add warm water to it,leave it for 5min for it to rise.
- Pour the flour in a bowl,add salt and baking powder, mix it with the yeast mixture to form a dough.cover it for at least 20_30 min.
- Wash your fish with lemon and put onion,thyme and ginger inside and cook it for 3min.
- Slice onion and pepper,then smash the fish and add it to the pepper and onion,add maggi and curry,put a tea spoon of oil in a pan and fried it using low heat.
- Take your dough and divide it into 20 pieces, roll it and put the fish mixture inside and fold it like spring roll,repeat same procedure till all is done.
- Fried it using medium heat till brown.
