Fish Roll instructions

  1. Pour the yeast and sugar in a bowl and add warm water to it,leave it for 5min for it to rise.
  2. Pour the flour in a bowl,add salt and baking powder, mix it with the yeast mixture to form a dough.cover it for at least 20_30 min.
  3. Wash your fish with lemon and put onion,thyme and ginger inside and cook it for 3min.
  4. Slice onion and pepper,then smash the fish and add it to the pepper and onion,add maggi and curry,put a tea spoon of oil in a pan and fried it using low heat.
  5. Take your dough and divide it into 20 pieces, roll it and put the fish mixture inside and fold it like spring roll,repeat same procedure till all is done.
  6. Fried it using medium heat till brown.
